  • We have a working OpenClinica instance and I am Planning to export the CRFs that included in this instance. For it, I went to Task-->CRFs under Monitor and Manage Data section. I can see all the Crfs available in this instance here. But I can see that download option is N/A in all the CRFs line. It will be good to explain why I saw N/A in the download CRF section. How can I download these CRFs

  • Hey there,

    well this issue is years ago no, i hope I do remember it correctly. The problem seemed to be triggered through an mistake during the installation process of OC. I did install java SDK in an other dir, then the original one. The problem was solved in reinstalling OC and following the installation instruction exactly step by step without any changes. While this problem was solved, i do have other problems, due to a german (resp. non english) windows server installation. You should be able to reinstall OC without lossing your data, but that is non of my businesses :)

    Hi Scusy, how did you solve the problem of data formats not displaying? I have the same problem as well. We i try to extract the data and get to the point where i have to select the formats, No formats are available and hence I'm unable to run the extracts
