Designing a non group table.

Hello all,

I have a question concerning CRF design; I am designing a CRF from hard-copy and came across a table that has five rows and five columns (5*5) with different options at each row.
Of course I can separate the table to different questions but I wondered If there is a more elegant option that will maintain the hard copy CRF original design.
The only way I know to create a table is with the ‘Group’ option, but then I have to assign a different group for each row and the ‘add’ button which is not needed (I defined every group with a max of 1) appears five times on the page.
