Find attached the OpenClinica Core ERD as I keep it on the whiteboard in my office. This is the 3rd rendition, slightly extended and corrected with respect to the one I posted some weeks ago. The arrows are the FK's you are looking for, pointing toward the PKs. The circled stars mark repeating objects (whose 'ordinal' column you'll want to select). The lines through IGM and IFM indicate that they are ternary: each of their instances describes a 1:1 relation of a CRFV and an Item.
Best regards,
Marco
PS: Cal, feel free again to use for the Tech Docs.

In regards to a diagram, there is a free version of an application called DBVisualizer that can be used to create a diagram of a subset of tables or an entire schema. You can also run queries and get much other meta data: http://www.dbvis.com/download/.

    Hello Maryam,

If I understand you correctly, you made an export of one version of a CRF, created a new version and then imported the data into this new version. And now the status of all the CRFs is Complete.
If you want to change that for all CRFs, you can in the list of CRFs Remove this new version by clicking the blue icon with the white X.
Immediately after you’ve done that you must Restore it, by clicking the blue icon with circled arrow.
The status of all CRFs will now be DatEntryStarted.
However the status of the Events will not change.
    Hope this helps,

    Gerben Rienk
