Unable to save CRF with hidden fields in Administrative editing mode

Hello All
Has anyone experienced an issue of not being able to save a CRF with hidden fields while in Administrative Editing mode? If we open a ‘Completed’ CRF with hidden fields, make no edits and save the CRF OpenClinica presents the “please provide reason for change” error message, but does not highlight fields on the CRF. To trouble shoot we increased the logging level allowing us to capture which CRF field was generating the error. The field captured as having been changed is set to be hidden for this version of the CRF, so we are assuming this is why no field was highlighted on the CRF when saving. If we try the same steps of opening, making no edits and saving with a version of the CRF with all fields showing, no errors are generated and the submission is successful. We are using OpenClinica 3.1.2 community and believe this is a bug, but would like confirmation or additional troubleshooting suggestions from others before opening an issue ticket.

Thanks in advance for your help
