Create an New CRF Version - Version Already Exist

When I am trying to upload a new version of the CRF, I get this warning: "The CRF version you try to upload already exists in the DB and has been used by following study event definitions. Please go back and remove it from those definitions before uploading it again. Or you can change the version name and upload a different version for the CRF." I removed the event definitions and I changed the version of the CRF but I still get this warning.

What am I doing wrong?

Kind regards, Lian Roovers

    Problem solved.

Now I changed the version number in cell B2 in the CRF tab instead of adding a new version number in cell B3.
