Finding no. of cases

Dear Listers.

Is there a way to find no. of cases, done in single entry and double entry.

For example in a CRF, Double data entry is setted.

I want to find no. of cases done in single entry and in double entry. there are orange colour and green colour that show about single entry and double entry completeness icon. but i need to count it.

Which table has this information in OpenClinica database.

And how is it stored, so i can get it from table,

Any other suggestion.

Thanks and Regards

Manoj

    Hello Manoj,

    It might be best if you build an extract (under extract data). Select the event CRF(s) that you want to export and include status in the export. You should then be able to do filtering and counting on the exported data. I hope this is helpful. Let us know if this isn't what you're looking for.

    Best,

    Hi
    Thanks for the mail.
    I did exported , with status. there is coming *available , written* inn
    every row of status column.
    I wanted to make a difference between first entry and double entry data
    entry done.
    For example, for a CRF 70 cases of this CRF entered in first entry and 55,
    entered in double entry.

    This comes green for second entry done and orange for first entry done.
    For small no. of cases, we can see and count , and know, remaining data
    entry load.
    But when no. of cases goes 1000 or more, or we want to know, how many done
    in first entry and how many done in second entry.

    That is why I am looking for a difference between first entry done and
    second entry done.
    Where does this saved in table
    Or any other way to find.

    Hi Manoj,
    If you can access the backend, look for table event_crf Records that have an entry in date_completed, but none in date_validate_completed have only first data entry.
    Records that have values in both fields have finished double data entry.
    If you can not access the backend, make an export with all oc-extensions.
    Go through the xml-output and write a script or make a transformations that looks for:
                        <OpenClinica:AuditLogs EntityID="F_CCQ_V11">
                            <OpenClinica:AuditLog ID="AL_32549" UserID="USR_3" DateTimeStamp="2014-09-08T21:57:28" AuditType="Event CRF Double Data Entry complete" OldValue="pending" NewValue="niet beschikbaar"/>
                            <OpenClinica:AuditLog ID="AL_32548" UserID="USR_3" DateTimeStamp="2014-09-08T21:57:07" AuditType="Event CRF Initial Data Entry complete" OldValue="beschikbaar" NewValue="pending"/>
                        </OpenClinica:AuditLogs>
    Hope this helps,

    Hello
    you said about backend table in database.

    Is there another way, which user can count Orange colour ( first entry done ) and Green colour ( Second entry completed ) from the subject matrix.

    In my study there are 17 CRFs, and 17 events. Each event has one CRFs. There are 3 sites. and all together around 1000 patients in subject matrix.

    Now user want to see for a crf, out of 1000, how many first entry done, orange colour and how many second entry done, green colour.

    And this kind of question can be asked for any CRFs.

    Hope to see more answers from the forum.

    Thanks and Regards
    Manoj
