OC web services installation gets page not found on Cent OS server

Hi,

I've already install the Open Clinica on my Cent OS server which is running fine. I just installed OC web services and I couldn't access web services. When I try to access 'http://localhost:8080/OpenClinica-ws', I got page not found error. But I can still access 'http://localhost:8080/OpenClinica'. I pretty sure I followed all the installation instructions and didn't get any errors while installing. Not sure what's wrong.

Cheers,
Moe

Have you checked I TOMCAT manager if OpenClinica.ws is running?

    Hello Moe.
If you are still having problem with the web services you can check the datainfo.properties file.
We had a similar problem as yours because of the original database name setting in the datainfo.properties. The problem was resolved when we changed the ${WEBAPP.lower} (which resolves to openclinica-ws) value to the name of the OpenClinica database.

Please make sure that two war files (OpenClinica-ws and OpenClinica) were placed in the 'webapps' folder. Also, please note that folder names (OpenClinica-ws and OpenClinica) should be used in the URL path (eg. tomcat/webapps/openclinicaws -> http://localhost:8080/openclinicaws).

    Best,

    Hi,

My WS didn't work either even after changing my db name in datainfo.properties.
Turns out, it also needs to be changed in Tomcat\openclinica-ws.config, in the datainfo file.
And now it works for me too.

    Romain.
