events not changing to 'completed' and staying yellow instead.

I have events where all the eCRFs have been 'marked complete' and yet the event icon in the subject matrix table stays yellow instead of changing to the green 'completed' icon. THis has occasionally happened in the past with some subjects, but now I have a whole study where this is happening. My OC community version is 3.3. Is this some kind of bug?

    Hello Michelle,

Is it possible that someone removed / restored either the Study, Site, or
Event Definitions for the record(s) that are affected? Is this happening
with all new records or are you finding that previously entered records are
    now affected?

It is possible that if something were removed and then restored the status
of the event(s) would have gone from "Completed" to "Started" and may have
to be manually marked again as complete.

If this is happening to newly entered records please let us know because
    that would not be expected.

    Best Regards,
    Alicia

    Hi,
    Thank you.
I discovered it was due to hidden eCRFs. I didn't know that would cause this problem.
