We recently went from OpenClinica 18.104.22.168 to 3.2. We also upgraded from Java 6 to Java 8 and Tomcat 6 to Tomcat 7. Everything seems fine except one major issue. When an Investigator goes to a CRF to sign it, after pressing the submit button, it takes just over 1 minute for the action to complete. This may not seem like much, but's a pretty big impact to our end users as well as our internal users due to our volume and relationships. It only occurs when signing a CRF and it always takes the same length of time to respond. I'm not seeing anything obvious in the Tomcat log files. My users are staging a revolution, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
