It's LGPL licenced, so yes. My tldr of the above link is that basically you
need to credit OpenClinica LLC for their licenced code in your
distribution. Same goes for the packaged third party code, to the relevant
owners. Also it's not OK to pretend like your version is an officially
endorsed version, unless you get written permission.
