    Yes I have tried those modification but it did not help. The backup restore from 3.6 still gave me an error "1"

    Yes I agree but in the installation requirements it states that PGSQL 8.x is required and it obviously does not work as it should. Gerben Rienk modified his version of MS ACCESS export (Trial Data Solutions) May be has some ideas what it could be.

    We've upgraded our database to PostgreSQL 9.4 and run into the same issue. Maybe it's not a direct violation of CDISC's ODM standard but it is surely agains the intentions.

    @skwaler so basically you are saying that there are situations when there are multiple ItemGroupData elements with the same OID in generated ODM XML. Right?
