Insight makes it easy to ask questions of ALL of your clinical and operational data and visualize answers via interactive reports and dashboards. The idea is simple, but the results are powerful: ask your questions, choose your visualizations, then return often for updated, interactive results that link you to all of the underlying data.

Hi Laura,

Could i ask you un unrelated question related to 3.13. Is the SAS export facility only available if you run PG 9.X. It does not seem to be available if you set it up with PG 8.4.x

    Hi Laura,

You got me there. You were absolutely correct, the extract.properties file in the C:\OC\Tomcat\openclinica.config library was old. I replaced it and voila, the SAS export worked!!

    Thanks for your help!!

No problem - I was just the messenger, it was OpenClinica's CS Team who
pointed to the extract.properties file. Glad it worked!

    Best regards,

Yes this is easy to overlook when you upgrade to a new version as the files in this directory do not get automatically replaced as they do in the webapps directory!

    Thanks for your help

    Best regards
