Insight makes it easy to ask questions of ALL of your clinical and operational data and visualize answers via interactive reports and dashboards. The idea is simple, but the results are powerful: ask your questions, choose your visualizations, then return often for updated, interactive results that link you to all of the underlying data.

OC not accepting the Character string in patient id

I have developed a crf clearly specifying the data type for Patient ID to be string. However while entering the data and after saving it OC gives a warning as follows:

[The input you provided is not an integer.]

This has happened in two crf's of mine continuosly.

Can anyone please tell me where am i going wrong? Its a simple problem but i am stuck on this one. Please help.

Thank You!

  • Thank you for getting back Jigyasa.

However isn't there any solution to this problem other than creating a new CRF?
