Hi there,
I'm currently struggling with the following Issue:
I have a data set where i can extract, odm and xls just fine. But when i request the tsv extract, it never finishes. I also don't get any errors.
The openclincia log states:

02/26 09:59:16 [/usr/share/tomcat/webapps/OpenClinica/] FTP INFO o.a.o.j.XsltTransformJob:212 - Finished ODM generation of job XsltTriggers.11_TAB_Complete_2017_2018-02-26-095842998.tsv1519657122998

02/26 10:01:19 [/usr/share/tomcat/webapps/OpenClinica/] FTP INFO o.a.o.s.BulkEmailSenderService:46 - Nothing left to do getting out...
02/26 10:01:32 [] FTP INFO root o.a.o.c.e.ExportDatasetServlet:513 - action is blank
02/26 10:01:32 [] FTP INFO root o.a.o.c.e.ExportDatasetServlet:515 - just set dataset to request
02/26 10:01:32 [] FTP WARN root o.a.o.c.e.ExportDatasetServlet:546 -
02/26 10:01:32 [] FTP WARN root o.a.o.c.e.ExportDatasetServlet:547 - file list length: 6
02/26 10:01:32 [] FTP WARN root o.a.o.c.e.ExportDatasetServlet:588 - just set file list to request, sending to page

But no new file for the TAB extract is displayed. Also the "File list length: 6" means there still 6 files left in the qaurtz sheduler ? Why don't they finish ?.

Also there is a "FTP ERROR root o.a.o.c.e.AccessFileServlet:724 - java.lang.IllegalStateException: getOutputStream() has already been called for this response" Error ( more details in the pastebin ) where i don't know if its correlated.

Has anyone any hints or measures I could try ? ( language settings are US_en ).

Best Regards

Have you tried the Excel format?

    Hi,
yes xls extract works just fine, but the the decimal seperator causes issues in the xls file, which converts random entries into dates. And my scripts want the tsv as input and I don't know why the extract is stuck for the tsv.
