OpenClinica doesn't want to start with Tomcat on Ubuntu

    In that case you should issue, if your tomcat user is called tomcat:
    sudo chown -R tomcat:tomcat /var/lib/tomcat7
    By doing this you change the owner (chown) of the folder plus all subfolders (R=recursively) to tomcat and then, when deploying the openclinica.war for the first time, the user/process will have the correct rights.
