Reassign CRF to a new version

Hi, using OC 3.14
I went to this message.

In the previously used version (3.4) it worked regularly.
Can anyone advise me on this topic?
Thank you
Alessandro

    Hi Alessandro,
Of which date is your oc3.14? April 2018 is a faulty one.
    Kind regards,

Hi Gerben, I don't understand your consideration of the date.
However, the DB was installed in October 2018.
    Ciao

    Hi Alessandro,
I'm referring to the date that's in the footer of your screens, like

    What date is there?

    Hi Alessandro,
If you download the current latest version from https://distros.openclinica.com/ you will see one dated 19-02-2019. This doesn't have the error you describe, however in the audit-log no special characters are displayed. OC is aware of this problem and working on it.
    Kind regards,
    Gerben Rienk
  • Hi Gerben, thanks for the information and valuable help.
This is actually a problem for me because I have already installed that version and I have already started entering data in production. (!!!)
In reality (with one of our consultants) we also found code errors (a reversal of parentheses) that prevented that function and now it works regularly.
What do you suggest I do? downgrade the version and use the DB postgres already populated with data? Go ahead with this version?
    Run away in Polynesia? 8-).

    Hi Alessandro,
Your database will remain the same. You will just upgrade your OpenClinica 3.14 war with the one below:

    https://distros.openclinica.com/OpenClinica-3.14.zip

Like Gerben mentioned, after swapping the war your new date on the footer should read 08-02-2019 and let us know if you continue to experience the issues with the CRF migration feature.

    Best,
    Thasbiha
