Insight makes it easy to ask questions of ALL of your clinical and operational data and visualize answers via interactive reports and dashboards. The idea is simple, but the results are powerful: ask your questions, choose your visualizations, then return often for updated, interactive results that link you to all of the underlying data.

Asunto: [Developers] Stop adding new subjects

Dear all,

One question.

How can you stop adding new subjects from users when you have reached your ‘expected total enrolment’ (Section C: Conditions and Eligibility)? If you set the study to ‘frozen’, they can not update the ongoing subjects and if you set to ‘available’ you can find more subjects than needed.

Another issue. ‘Expected enrolment’ is the sum of ‘available’ and ‘removed’ (screening failure). The app must deny adding new subjects to the study when ‘available’ is equal to ‘expected enrolment’ and must allow to update ongoing subjects.

Any suggestion?

Many thanks,

Arturo Touchard Vicente.
