About Web Service and IVRS

Dear developers
Greetings.

This is related to my earlier post about adding study subject when patient randomized through IVRS.
So IVRS, people asked for a user name and password from us. and we gave them.
But in our study, we have three sites, and the user name and password we gave to them, was having rights for Study.

So what is happening now, whatever study subject , they are adding through IVRS, it is being added, but can be seen/ accessed by any site user name.

I think this is happening because they are using the study level user name and password.
What if I give them, three different user name and password for three different sites, Will it solve the problem. Because in the IVRS, there is option of Site code.

Please suggest.
Thanks and Regards
Manoj

    Hi Manoj,
I think you have the right idea. Give the site users accounts with
    site-level role. See
    https://docs.openclinica.com/3.1/openclinica-user-guide/overview-user-types-and-roles
    and https://docs.openclinica.com/3.1/manage-users/manage-user-roles
for more information on how to do this.

    Hi
    Greetings.

    Thanks for the reply.

What about the tag in response section of create study subject template file, there is one and below to it, there is < site identifier>, if we pass, Site identifier there, Will that make sense.

In this case, from one user, will we be able to create different subjects under different sites.

    Please suggest

    Thanks and Regards
