Hello, Judith -

The ending designates the CRF that the item is on. You can see the CRF designations in the Info pane on the left when you view the dataset as HTML. In addition to that, suffixes are appended to identify repeating occurrences of CRFs. Also, if there are ‘grouped’ items, another suffix will appear to identify the group, followed by the number of the item within the group.
