Error message when importing a xml rule file

Hello,

I am trying to upload my XML file to the rule import and get the error message:
Line : -1 - cvc-enumeration-valid: Value 'OC_Rules_V1' is not facet-valid with respect to enumeration '[OC_RULES_V1]'. It must be a value from the enumeration.

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Kind Regards,
Alecia

  • Hi Alecia,

Based on the error message it looks like you are not capitalizing all the characters for OC_RULES_V1. Your value is OC_Rules_V1. If you capitalize all the characters and still have a problem uploading the file, please zip it up and attach it to an email to the list.

    Thanks,
    Paul
