Rules not working in new study

Hi,

I have created a number of rules for a study and have tested them and they are working. When I reused the forms in a different study, I tried to reuse the rules, only changing the Event OID, but when I attempt to upload the new rule, I am getting the “An Error has Occurred” error screen. I have tried changing the rule name, I have tested the target and rule expression and it has passed, and I have checked my work and cannot find anything that should prevent it’s upload.

Is this a bug?

Thanks,

Pam

  • Hi Pam,

    Can you please include:
    Your CRF
    Your rules file
Your study meta-data file (from the study that it is causing an error in)

    Best Regards,
    Alicia
