Cannot delete old CRF version?

Hi all,
just upgraded to 3.0.4.2 and have built a study from scratch. Now, after
testing the CRFs, I found an error in one of the CRFs, so I:
1) Downloaded the xls file, made some changes, changed the version from
"1.0" to "1.1" and uploaded it again as a new version and
2) Deleted all the event CRFs of the "1.0" version and
3) Changed the default version under Build Study from "1.0" to "1.1".
Now, I would like to delete the "1.0" version (red X), but I can't. It says
it has "associated study events and cannot be deleted" and shows me a list
of Study Event IDs.
I have even clicked "Remove" on all the 4 mentioned Study Events, but that
didn't help. Only thing changed, is the Study Event status being changed
from "available" to "auto-removed" in the Associated Event CRFs table.
How do I delete an old version of a CRF?
Best regards,
Janus
