ERROR while running Duplicate_Report.sql

Hello,
I am trying to run the Duplicate_Report.sql while upgrading from 3.0.1 to 3.1, but I get the following error:
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.4\bin>psql -U clinica -d openclinica < c:\tmp\duplicate_report.sql
Password for user clinica: ****
CREATE FUNCTION
ERROR: upper bound of FOR loop cannot be null
CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function "test_item_data" line 30 at FOR with integer loop variable

When I run the script from PgAdminIII same error occurs.

Any ideas what can be wrong?
Regards, Cuneyt.

    Hello Cuneyt,

Essentially, it means the script found no duplicate records.

    Thanks Tope,
I also saw that when I looked at the sql file afterwards, but in the first instance it gives a false impression that something is / might be wrong rather than saying actually there is no work to do at all.
    Best, Cuneyt.
