Missing data in the data export

Dear All,
Some data is missing in the exported dataset, in every export type (excel, html, SPSS, Tab-delimited Text).
I found more cases:
-some item variables are present, but the entered data is missing: Columns appear with empty cells in the export. For example: the Interviewer Name and Date, but other inner CRF fields too.
-some item variables are missing, albeit these have no data because I didn't entered anything to those fields when I filled out the CRF (e.g. because these were hided, or simply I left it empty). I would expect in case, that columns will appear with empty cells in the export.
Won't the column of the item variable appear in the export, if the related field is empty at all subjects?
-some data is shifted, I find them in another coulmn, so these are not in place (but their relative order is OK).
The missing data can be found in the database.
What could be wrong?

Márton Kun

    Hi Márton,
I wonder how your study is set up. Did you set interviewer name and date to
"NOT USED". If you did then you would not see any data. I think I recall
that there was an Excel export problem in 3.1.1 now resolved in 3.1.2

  • Hi Krister,
The interviewer name and date are set required in the study.
As I metioned the problem exists in every export type, not only in the excel, but SPSS, html and Tab-delimited Text too.
