CRF wise filtering during data entry

Dear Friends

Greetings

In a study, has 3 sites, have three CRFs namely Basic, Entry1 Entry2

Each site has 2 users., user 1 and user 2.

Is it possible to set CRF or filter CRF Entry in such a way so that

User 1 can see and enter only  CRF namely Basic, Entry 1
and
User 2 can see and enter only CRF namely Basic, Entry 2

I mean user 1 should see CRF Basic and Entry 1 and not the Entry 2
and
User 2 should see CRF Basic and Entry 2, not the Entry 1

Hope I am able to explain  my query.
Thanks and Regards
Manoj

    Hi Manoj

It is possible to filter CRFs on Site level but not on user level.

    Hi Manoj

There is an entry in the OC user documentation [1].

"Hide CRF: Select to make the CRF viewable only at the Study level, meaning Sites cannot access the CRF. Typically, you hide a CRF when the data is not entered using the OpenClinica web interface but rather is imported from files."

The same is possible on site level. Check the 'hide' checkbox to hide a specific crf for a specific event.

    Regards, Christian
