    Colin and everyone else,

Neither my client computer, not the server had JAVA_HOME variables in Windows.

The problem persists. My .NET code and SoapUI are not successful, while http://www.soapclient.com/soapmsg.html is.

On the other hand, a website I wrote also in .NET running on a production server in our server room can enroll subjects via OC web services just fine.

    What can it be?

I recall there being a gotcha if you copied the header from the OC documentation page.....there is a carriage return in the password section. Ensure you remove that as it appears it may still be there in your sample XML above.

Or it may be the way SoapUI is dealing with the SSL certificate?

Tip: I found the Wizdler Chrome extension a handy method of testing services

    Thanks for your tips!

Wizdler works from my computer. My .NET code and SoapUI still fail. What can it be?

Update: I specifically set the security protocol in my code to Tls11 and it worked. I don't know why, but it did.
