Log in problem

Hi,
I have installed openclinica, but I am not able to log in with the default user id/password "root" "12345678". It is giving me an error message "your user name and password could not be found". can any one help me to resolve this problem? In order to install openclinica I have followed the instruction "install.doc" and I did step by step.

Thank you
Suvra

  • Hi Suvra,

Which version of Postgres are you using? If you are not using a version of 8.2, you will need to uninstall Postgres and install the one you can find here: http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary/v8.2.13/.

If you are using an 8.2 version of postgres, please check your OpenClinica.xml file found in Catalina_home/conf/localhost to make sure it is pointing to the correct database location.
    Thanks,
    Paul
