Manage Sties in 3.0 ?

Did this functionality get removed in 3.0? Do not see a “Sites” option in the Tasks drop down list.

  • Hi Jeff,

You can access sites in the Build Study module.

  • I don't have sites in the drop down either and I can't do it from the "Build Study" module for some reason.
I added sites by going to "Manage Study", which is also missing from the drop down. I got to it by going to "tasks"->"Notes & Discrepancies" then clicking on "Manage Study" under "Workflow" towards the bottom of the page.
Alternately, you can just go to http://yourOpenClinica.url/OpenClinica/ManageStudy directly.

  • Hi Mark,
You have to complete the first five phases of Build Study for the Manage Sites phase to appear. When you check off the phases and click 'Save' it should show up. Sorry if that is not clear - I think we have changed the instructions on that page for our final release.
    Best, Tom
