    Hello Russ,
When creating a data set, you choose which data you'd like to extract,
based on the status of the CRFs it contains: marked completed, not marked
completed or all data (last page of Create DataSet). Does your choice of
CRF status comply with the status your CRFs?
    Best regards,
    Janus

  • Hi Janus

    thanks for replying,

i have run gone through the work flow and created a query for the data extract from the tool, but when i run the request all that results in the output or html display are the headers of the fields that i requested. i know that there is data, i am just at a lost to why this happens like this. is there something in the setup that needs to be changed? any other thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
