Installation Openclinica 3.1Issue

Dear Support,

We are unable to Install OpenClinica on windows server 2003, Windows XP Professional.

As per the installation guide we have installed java, PostgreSQL, Tomcat, OpenClinica.

We also configured the database for PostgreSQL.

After configuring Web Application ie. Starting Tomcat, the required folders were not getting created in the folder (c:\oc\tomcat\webapps).

Please help.

Regards,
Veenu

Re: [Users] Installation Openclinica 3.1Issue Hi Veenu,
It appears you are using the 3.0.3 OpenClinica installation guide as that is what you have attached to the email. If you are installing 3.1 you should be using the 3.1 installation guide provided within the zip file in the install-guides directory or via the web on our online reference guide “https://docs.openclinica.com/3.1/installation”. Additionally since you are just starting your install may I suggest you download 3.1.1 instead. I hope this will help you complete the installation of OpenClinica correctly.
    Thanks,
    Shaun

    Hi Veenu,
According to me i suggest you go through the procedure of installation of open clinica package well(9.2.5 Install OpenClinica Package) there is something you are missing there, either you are not doing -[Now copy “c:\oc\install\OpenClinica-3.1\distribution\OpenClinica.war” to “c:\oc\tomcat\webapps” ] or you are not deleting it after starting the tomcat as instructed.an ensure you have created folders e.g install,at the right places as per instructions.OC in fact runs best in windows server 2003 and XP professional.try that and get back in case it doesn't work.
