Email Notification Issues - Pursuing Resolution

Hi Everyone,

Please accept our apologies for the large number of Out of Office messages that hit the forum today. We are working diligently with our vendor to address this issue both short and long-term. For now, we have suspended email functionality until we have resolved this issue and can confidently proceed.

Is there any news on this? After the first few barrages I added a filing rule to my email to ditch @openclinica.com messages containing 'Out of Office'. The issue where the original post isn't sent by email was more of a problem.

Hi Lindsay,

Rob is still working with the vendor to fix the problem. We hope it will be done real soon and we can re-enable the email functionality, though there may be some changes in how it works.
