Hi team
In trying to upload a newly-written CRF to the OpenClinica testing environment, we received the following error message: “Oops! An error has occurred”. There is no mention of where the error is or what type of error it is / they are.
Is there truly no other way to fix this than to spend the next few weeks trawling through comma’s, brackets and spaces? Surely, with thousands of OpenClinica users, someone must have written a simple software to search for grammatical errors in newly written CRF’s?
It seems crazy that a human eye has to do this.
Please help.

Thanks for your reply!
What do you refer to by "invisible characters"?

Hi Steve, Check if you have different RESPONSE OPTIONS for the same
RESPONSE LABEL. This should never cause a "oops" error but in the past it caused a lot of trouble for us. (the tool-tips of the columns in CRF excel explains how it should be)Regards,

You can also look in the "logs" folder, if you have access to the backend.
