Randi installation

I'm trying to install Randi for randomization. Unpacking a war file in a tomcat web application directory. Easy.
The next steps however ask me for the plugin path.
Any idea what the default for that is? Is it a filepath or an URL? It doesn't say.
I've looked at the documentation and it's a little eh concise.
Is Randi3 still alive or not? It seems a little too quiet to still have a pulse.If not alive or advisable, any other randomizer that can do the trick?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

    Here's a snippet of my installation-notes. I installed randi2 as r2test and unpacked in folder /root/ocinstall.
    I'd be very much interested if you can get the communication between randi and oc working: I didn't get to that point, I'm afraid.
    Kind regards,

    Gerben Rienk

    cd /usr/local/tomcat7
    cp -rf /root/ocinstall/r2test_plugins ./
    chown -R tomcat:tomcat *

    * let tomcat deploy the war
    cd /r2test/WEB-INF/classes
    vi config.properties
    * set: configPath =/usr/local/tomcat7/r2test_config/

    * create a database for randi2
    cd /opt/PostgreSQL/8.4/bin
    ./psql -U postgres

    * in tomcat/manager stop r2test
    * start r2test

    * open randi2 in browser
    * follow the 6 step installation:
    1: serverurl= https://myserver.com
    2: postgresql / localhost / r2test / clinica / clinica
    4: /usr/local/tomcat7/r2test_plugins
    5: make site1
    6: create user r2admin
