PostgreSQL 9 support, again

    Hi everybody

    I would take a look at the problem if somebody could provide an example database dump for me to test.

    @haensel Hi Christian!

    I attach a database without any patient data that I imported into PG 9.5. I attached the backup file from PG 8.4 as well as the error file from the import. In spite of the errors the database seems intact. The import to earlier version e.g. PG 8.x works without any problems.

    Hope that you can add something to resolve this mystery.

    Best regards

    @kristiak Hi Krister

    As far as I understand the following error is the only one that occurred
    could not execute query: ERROR: language "plpgsql" already exists
        Command was: CREATE PROCEDURAL LANGUAGE plpgsql;
    and this ERROR was ignored (as you stated in your comment).

    If you want a error free import I suggest to test the following steps
    1. create a new database template
      CREATE DATABASE oc_template;
    2. connect to the database
      \c oc_template
    3. remove the language plpgsql from oc_temple
      DROP LANGUAGE plpgsql;
    4. create the openclinica database using this template
      CREATE DATABASE openclinica WITH ENCODING='UTF-8' OWNER=clinica TEMPLATE=oc_template;
    5. restore your database as you normally do
