Making a selected number of Crf accessible only to specific users
Hi everyone.
Is it possible to make certain Crf accessible only to be filled by certain user (the pharmacist for instance) and not by others?
In my case a particular protocol requires that certain information be collected and input only by the pharmacist.

one approach would be to create a dedicated site for that user and configure only the eCRFs that should be filled by that user to be available for that site (in build study -> edit site). And in other sites those eCRFs should be configured to not be accessible. This give you quite a protection that nobody else will see or edit the eCRF data only the personnel assigned to that specific site. But it comes with some additional work because according to subject progress through study calendar, subject needs to be migrated from site to site depending on when data entry by e.g. pharmacist should be performed.

That is the workflow we are using as well: a dedicated site. But instead of migrating subjects from site to site, we re-enroll the subject at the pharmacist's site and keep a reference of the original study subject ID, so we know it's the same subject.
Hope this helps,
