ListAllByStudy works on default study only

Hi all,

I am trying to use the listAllByStudy web service. I only receive a response from the default study or when the study identifier is not found. When attempting this request on any of our other user-created studies, an error occurs with a {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server fault. Has anyone else come across this, or have any ideas on what the issue is?

As a side note, the create subject request works fine on all studies. This seems to be the only web service that does not function properly.

    Hi Joseph,

Seems like something similar to my problem with import jobs. It kept looking for the default study bu could not find the related the forms and gave me an error. By deleting the default I got it to work as it should!

  • Hi Joseph,
Which version of web services are you using? There were a few issues with listAllByStudy which should be fixed in version 3.1.1: http://tinyurl.com/5rnbsp4 (requires registration).

  • Very good news !!
I hope it will fix the problem I described ("Web services in 3.1.1", posted September 7). For those who are interested by interactions between SAS and OpenClinica, please find attached screenshots which are illustrating how to make a request from SAS and how to generate a SAS dataset from the response (in the same program).
    Best regards
