OpenClinica to gmail and no dataset

We use Community Verison OpenClinica and need some help with generating reports.
Once we try to "create a dataset" we get a message saying that an email was sent. We do not receive the email, therefore we are having a disconnect between OpenClinica and gmail.
Do you have any ideas on what is the problem?
