I might need to clarify. Using data import web service for double data entry for an event, it updates the existing data. It does not “add” another entry similar to the web interface. Is this doable?

    Thanks again

  • Hello,

We have a question regarding open clinica. The last summer we changed our operation system from windows to linux. At the same time we upgraded from version 3.0.2.4 to version 3.1.2. Since this step we had two days of a system working with a no delays. Since them we have a lot of speed problems. Login can take 10 minutes, save a page can take till 15 minutes. Is there any user with open clinica who has the same problem.

    Best regards,

    Marga

We don’t have such performance issues. Acceptable response time. Our installation is on a Linux box and uses a separate JVM and Tomcat instance for OC 3.1.2. Not shared by any other processes or apps.

    Thank you
