Problems concerning recording and presentation of Discrepancy Note information

Problems concerning recording and presentation of Discrepancy Note information
Hi,
the following observations may be used to tune the Discrepancy Notes management features:
a) The value recorded in the 'study_id' column of the 'discrepancy_note' table does not reflect the Subject's Study/Site but the Study/Site that is 'Current' for the User that creates the Discrepancy Note (this can be verified making a User with Study Monitor Role create/update a DN for a Subject assigned to a Study Site while the User has selected the 'Study' as his 'Current' Study/Site).
Also, the value recorded in the 'study_id' column of the 'discrepancy_note' table for the 'master' discrepancy note record reflects the Study/Site at the time of DN creation and not the actual Subject's Study/Site (the Subject may have been moved to a different Study/Site, so identification of actual Study/Site relationship of the Discrepancy Note cannot always rely on the value recorded in the 'study_id' field).
b) In the 'Notes and Discrepancies' popup page, the 'Last Update' User Name should be updated together with the update of the 'Last Update' Date (the Name of the User that initiated the DN thread is shown instead).
c) The Discrepancy Note Dates should be complemented with the Time detail so to allow the full understanding of the relationship between the individual notes part of the discrepancy note thread and the values existing in the database at the time of the creation of the notes, as it can be reconstructed from details listed in the Audit History table.
d) The correct decoding reference for the 'discrepancy_note_type_id' values recorded in the 'discrepancy_note' table cannot be found in the 'discrepancy_note_type' table as it would be suggested by the column/table names (e.g.: a "Query" is recorded in the 'discrepancy_note' table with 'discrepancy_note_id' value '3' while in the 'discrepancy_note_type' table this value is associated to 'Unclear/Unreadable').
I hope this can help,
Armando
