  • The usage of Groups according to my understanding is: if you have an
issue/event (administration, testing, blood drawing, AE occurence) which
could repeat during the study but you do not know, how many times, you
put in groups and with the add button you can register the events
without designing a CRF with a lot of blank rows. You add as many rows
as you need during the study.
I am also beginner with the Discrepancies, however it is very useful
from regulatory point of view (QA reviewing). In double data entry when
you have two different values entered by two different people, you can
check if the values differ because of a mistake or is intended. It would
be very useful for accuracy checking for me, but as I told earlier I am
    still learning it.
