AW: [Users] Excel to XML for rules

Hi Jeff,
this sounds interesting. If you could post your work here I think there are some people who would look into it. If that's ok with you we could try to make it work and then put it into the wiki so everyone can profit.
Best regards
Volker

The idea is to define/review the edit specification in Excel and then export to XML for upload. It seems that excel supports the exporting of XML, I just can't get it to work. I have defined the rules.xsd as the XML map, and it works if I only map a single element (i.e. Target), but when I try and map any additional elements the export does not work. Excel error message of "Cannot save or export XML data. The XML maps in this workbook are not exportable." Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
