Webservice Import Data Results In An Apache Error

Hello Users,

I'm trying to import CRF data. When I import the CRF data XML script within the OC UI everything is fine. But, when I try to import the same script (with the right envelope header and everything) via the webservice I get an Apache error report: The requested resource () is not available.

Other webservices such as event and subject webservice have been working fine.
My intention is to use the webservice for bulk imports.

The full error HTML code:

Apache Tomcat/6.0.32 - Error report

HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report

message

description The requested resource () is not available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.32

Thanks In Advance

  • Hi Ofri,

You still have to wrap your content in ... tags. These should go between the and tags.

    Hope that helps, Tom

  • Hi Ofri,

Taking a second look at the error message, it looks as if Tomcat did not start the OpenClinica-ws war file correctly. Can you go into the log files and see if there are any errors you encountered upon startup?

    Best, Tom

    Hi Tom,

I've stopped Tomcat, deleted the log files, started tomcat again and tried to sent the CRF data import request twice (got the same error). I've attached the log files.
    In the file: tomcat6-stdout, I see :
"SLF4J: The requested version 1.5.11 by your slf4j binding is not compatible with [1.5.5, 1.5.6]"
    Maybe that's the error?
I have no Idea what it means nor errors in other files.
Thanks again for your help, and tell me if you see anything unusual in other files.

    Regards
    Ofri Shayer
