Unable to install PostgreSQL on Windows Server 2003 SP2

Hello Support Group,
I am trying this again. I am trying to install the PostgreSQL on Windows Server 2003 w/S2 but have been unsuccessful. I am getting the following error, “A non-fatal error occurred whilst database module. Please check the installation login…..”. I follow and done everything in the “Installing OpenClinica 3.0.1 on Windows” Section 4 Install PostgreSQL. I am attaching the install log so that you can see all what happen and all the errors that occurred during the install process. I hope by looking at this someone out there will be able to help me.

The server is a VPS server with the following configuration:
OS: Windows 2003 Server [email protected]
Ram: 4GB
HD: 100GB
Control Panel: Plesk 9.3
If you need anymore info, do not hesitate an contacting me. I need a response or an answer if anyone has one for me because I need to get this server on-line, ASAP.

    Hi William,
    I see that you are getting the following error in your log:
    "Failed to grant service account access to the data directory"
    Are you running this as the server administrator? Postgres 8.4 will not allow admin accounts to act as the access accounts for the database. You can create the account separately, log in, install Postgres as that service user, and it should run.
