Use of Person ID

We are using OpenClinica for a translational research project and the Person ID looks perfect for use as the primary linkage index field [using something truly unique such as the SSN].

In order to complete the privacy impact assessment we want the OPTION to hide this completely at the data entry / site level. This all seems to work fine with the exception of the study site record visible at http://1.2.3.4/OpenClinica/ViewStudySubject?id=xx.

Are there any options at making it not display on this form?

We have checked elsewhere in reports, in the study casebook and on the CRF and it is correctly hidden [or visible] according to the setup

Thanks

Roger

    Hi Roger,
You can edit \WEB-INF\jsp\managestudy\viewStudySubject.jsp (on your development-instance) and remove the 2 occurrences of <c:out value="${subject.uniqueIdentifier}"/> in lines 225 and 711
But I think the PersonID is also in the audit log and in the REST-output for the SubjectCaseBook.
    Kind regards,
