CRF missing from Excel, Tab & HTML export header section

Hi,

After exporting a dataset to Excel, Tab delimited or HTML formats there are missing CRFs in the header section of the files. There are however references to the CRF in the dataset item names in the data section.

For example:

Header Section includes
Study Event Definition 4 Day 1 Visit E4
CRF19 Visit - 0.1 C19
CRF22 BIOMARKERS - V0.1 C22

Data Section Items include:
PEDAT_E4_C18 HT_E4_C18 WT_E4_C18 BSA_E4_C18 SY_BP_E4_C18 DY_BP_E4_C18

So why does C18 not appear in the header section?

2 points noted when investigating:

1. In the database table crf there is no crf_id=18
2. In the event in question there was a CRF which was removed (status=removed) and replaced by a new CRF

The above happens for 3 CRFs in the dataset and all have the same two observations above.

OC v3.5/Windows 2012 R2 64-bit

Any help or explanation appreciated!

Cheers
Eric

Same problem here for a while now.
    I didn't find a reason so far.

    Thanks Romain.

Do you also see this when the event contains a CRF which has been removed?

Not sure about that, I'll have to test.
I rename my variables so I don't really use this header section anyway...

    Hello,
I too find the same behaviour. A further observation I would make is that the number/mapping of a CRF seems only to be reported in the header section for its first instance. Further instances (e.g., in a following yet identical event) come up with a differently numbered suffix in the columns, but no reference in the header, e.g.:

    Header...
    Study Event Definitions 3
    Study Event Definition 2 V2 E2
    CRF27 DF_DOSING - V1.0 C27
    Study Event Definition 3 V3 E3
    Study Event Definition 4 V4 E4

    columns...
    DOSEFREQ_E2_C27
    DOSELEVEL_E2_C27
    ..
    DOSEFREQ_E3_C36
    DOSELEVEL_E3_C36
    ...
    DOSEFREQ_E4_C52
    DOSELEVEL_E4_C52

i.e. C36 and C52 are the same CRF (DF_DOSING), but in different events (E3 and E4).

I don't know if that is any help. None of the above crfs have been removed or given new versions.

    Yours,
    James Heywood
