Extract Data Problems

Hi there,
I have a few Problems with extracting my Data.
The extract to CDISC ODM XML 1.3 Full with OpenClinica extensions works fine.
But every other export ( even other XMLs ) throws Errors such as:
"The extract data job failed with the message:

For input string: "1,9"

More information may be available in the log files. "

The Input String differs on different attempts. I can paste Log files if necessary. And will gladly provide any other information which might help tackle this Problem.

Kind Regards

    Hi Patrick,
This sounds like an i18n problem. Could you check if country and language for tomcat are set correctly, as described on https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenClinica_User_Manual/PopupCalendar ?
    Kind regards,

    Hi Gerben Rienk,
thank you for the fast answer.
I did as you mentioned and added a setenv.sh file at the location: usr/share/tomcat/bin ( the existinc tomcat/bin folder I found) with the following conent:
    JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US"
and restarted tomcat with "service tomcat --full-restart"
I also tried to set it to de/DE as the local settings are.
But I still got the same errors.
    Any futher approaches/hints I could follow ?

    Kind Regards

    Another Note:
I created a few pastebins of the logs for different extracts:
CDISC ODM XML 1.3 Clinical Data succsess
    TAB delimited error:
    EXCEL error:

My predecessor didn't configure a mail server and the only errors I see are because of that. But the log says the files are created succsessfully and if I refresh the page the above mentioned error appears and the file doesn't appear in the download list.

    Kind Regards
