The OpenClinica don't run on Tomcat7

hi,
i download the OpenClinica3.1.4 for the test,and deploy it with tomcat,but when the tomcat start,i access OpenClinica Web Services at the following URL:http://localhost:8080/OpenClinica
the website display is :HTTP Status 404 - /OpenClinica/MainMenu
and i check the tomcat,postgreSQL,all run ok.i check the tomcat catalina.log,not error,but just always display is:HTTP Status 404 - /OpenClinica/MainMenu
so ,i just don't understand
please help me,thanks so much
Server Info:
CentOS 6.4X64
Tomcat7.0.47
PostgreSQL9.3
OpenClinica-3.1.4.1.zip

    My favorite suggestion is that OpenClinica currently supports Tomcat 6
    and PostgreSQL 8.4 only, so it would be advisable to stick to this
    stack.
