About Idle time setting in tomcat manager

Dear developers
In tomcat manager,
When I access the link: http://localhost:8080/manager/html then
One page comes that says OpenClinica Idle Time = 30 Minutes
Does this mean, if user is idle for 30 minutes, user has to log in again.
I want to make this to 10 minutes.
Is it possible.

    Go into your datainfo.properties file and modify section 9 (max_inactive). Change it from 3600 seconds to 600.
