Dear All,
I get a “Content Encoding error” when I try to view or enter data into the CRFs through a website.
The error message on Firefox :
“Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.”
All our browsers show “Web page not found”
All modules of OpenClinica and CRFs (data entry) opens and works well when I test through local host on my server machine.
But does not work through a website.
I have used Tomcat to serve my webpage through port 80 to be accessible.
We use Microsoft Windows server 2008 R2.
Please advise.

Is your OpenClinica-server perhaps behind an ISA/TMG firewall? In that
case have a look at

Hope this helps,
